We are currently in search of a full-time Customer Service Representative for our nation-wide call center located within our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate should have flexibility with their availability as the call center is open seven days a week. This is full-time position in an inbound / outbound call center, focusing primarily on scheduling appointments, customer service, and product knowledge.

This position includes:

  • Earn an hourly rate of $13/hr
  • Average up to $16/hr and more with our Bonus opportunities!!!
  • Full-time positions include Benefits (Medical+Dental+Vision) and 401k

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years call center experience
  • MUST be able to type at least 40WPM 
  • High volume inbound / outbound experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have flexible schedule and must be open to weekend shifts (office is open Mon - Sunday)
