System Pavers is currently in search of a Project Manager for our North Bay Territory. The right candidate will have prior customer service experience. This is a full-time position with emphasis on managing project installations and customer service. Excellent commission and bonus structure is provided in addition to a base salary and company truck. Total first year compensation ranges from $70-80k but our top PMs can earn over $100k per year.


  • Manage multiple jobs sites
  • Manage multiple crews
  • Main point of contact with homeowners during installation
  • Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied
  • Change orders and “up selling”


  • Strong Customer Service Background
  • Self-Motivated
  • Time Management
  • Monday-Saturday work schedule
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Positive “can do” attitude is critical
  • Active driver’s license meeting company insurance guildelines
